Obviously, Bounce music started in New Orleans and the music is still very alive in its hometown, but while Bounce hasn’t gone national at any significant level since the late 90s, there are still examples of Bounce music created outside of New Orleans. Today I’ve posted a Bounce song from Miami by 2 Live Crew’s Fresh Kid Ice with Anquette and Big Ed. It’s not quite as sophisticated production-wise as a lot of contemporary Bounce, but it’s still a fun track.
